This is the stage at which the projects is planned out. The planning ensures we maintain a high standard and quality while developing. quality assurance requirements and identification of the risks associated with the project is also a typical component of the planning stage. The conclusion of this is to determine and define the various technical approaches that can be followed to implement the project successfully while mitigating risks. The analysis includes identifying the tools and resources required for completing this project such as, IDE, hosing, content e.t.c.
At this stage we work with our designer to create the visual concepts of the project in order to ascertain the structure and layout of pages. The design stage allows us to create definitive prototyping and a visual representation of the final product. It is important to outline and visualize the design of the website before development begins. This allows for speedy completion of the project.
This is the stage where our team begins hands on development of the solution. This stage has been simplified because all prior stages have been followed to the books. All necessary and important resources has been provided and all required tools are set and made readily available by this stage. We follow the project design closely to enable and assure a fast completion of the project.
This stage works hand in hand with the development stage. We follow a model know as TDD (test driven development). During the development stage, we constantly run tests on all parts of the project as we go along to allow for quick and speedy completion of the project. After completion of development, we run some more test that are necessary for the conclusion of the project quality.
At this stage we begin to integrate with any 3rd party services you may be require or API’s such as mail clients. We also get your project backed up with a FTP client server to avoid having issues in future due to unforeseen circumstances.
Finally transfer the product to a live server and connect your chosen domain and you are ready for the product launch.
