Compensation: ₦8,400,000 annually + 2% commission on all business generated

Infotech Pro Solutions and Probity Consult are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Group Business Development and Partnership Lead to drive strategic growth, expand market presence, and cultivate high-value partnerships across both organizations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term business success through innovative strategy and strong relationship management.
• Business Opportunity Identification
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities including untapped markets, service expansions, partnerships, and strategic collaborations for both Infotech Pro Solutions and Probity Consult.
• Strategic Growth Planning
Develop and execute strategic business plans that support revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive differentiation. Design and implement market entry strategies and long-term growth initiatives.
• Client and Partner Relationship Management
Build and nurture trusted relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the companies’ capabilities and objectives.
• Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Use data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Sales Leadership
Drive sales performance across both businesses by setting clear targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring progress, and continuously refining approaches to maximize results.
• Account Oversight and Team Development
Supervise account management functions, ensuring excellent client service and retention. Mentor account managers and support their growth through skills development and resource alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with teams in marketing, operations, and product development to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives. Promote alignment across both organizations.
• Reporting and Executive Communication
Prepare and present regular reports and performance updates to senior leadership. Use metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is strongly preferred.
• Experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding growth targets.
