Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated  Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Nigeria. The successful candidate will liaise with our UK team, manage business activities, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Probity Consult Limited in Nigeria.
  • Liaise with the UK team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Manage business activities, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Handle client relations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance and progress.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team in Lagos.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of local business regulations and practices.
  • Willingness to work in the Lagos office.
