We’re seeking a driven and analytical Business & Adoption Analyst Intern to join our team and play a key role in improving internal operations, streamlining processes, and supporting the successful adoption of new technologies and systems across our organisation. This role acts as a critical bridge between our business goals and technical implementation, ensuring staff, mentors, and students fully benefit from our evolving digital ecosystem.
This internship is ideal for candidates with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience looking to prove their capabilities and secure a permanent role within a fast-paced and impactful team.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyse and document business workflows, challenges, and user requirements.
Identify pain points and propose improvements to optimise internal processes.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights for our Product and IT teams.
Develop strategies to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions and onboarding materials.
Act as a go-to resource for users during system transitions—answering questions and supporting day-to-day adoption.
Use data to track user engagement, process effectiveness, and adoption KPIs.
Build reports and dashboards to share meaningful insights with stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Lead workshops, feedback sessions, and change readiness activities.
Work closely with project managers to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
Participate in planning, user testing, and post-rollout reviews.
2 – 3 years’ experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or change management.
Skilled in process mapping, requirements gathering, and user support during change.
Familiar with business tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management platforms (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Asana).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and present practical solutions.
Strong Communicator: Able to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
Empathy-Driven: Understands user experience and champions a people-first approach to change.
Proactive & Organised: Takes initiative, manages time effectively, and follows through on commitments.
Detail-Oriented: Carefully documents workflows, tracks outcomes, and ensures accuracy across all tasks.
Duration: 3 months
Performance Reviews: Regular feedback and evaluation based on project contribution, user adoption outcomes, and alignment with team values.
