We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Project
Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex digital projects, from inception to
completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and
marketing, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Planning and Management:
o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
o Track project progresses and identify potential roadblocks.
o Manage project scope and ensure it aligns with business objectives.
o Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
Team Leadership:
o Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals.
o Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team.
o Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed on project progress and addressing their concerns.
o Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
Risk Management:
o Identify and assess project risks.
o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that projects meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
o Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and testing.
Post-Project Evaluation:
o Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
o Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance future projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in digital project management.
Understanding project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Sharepoint, MS Project, Planner).
Experience in digital technologies (e.g., web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, Cloud Migration).
